The frames are made in Toledo, Ohio, the Transmissions are made in Knoxville, Tennessee, the Engines are made in Wixom, Michigan, and the assembly plant is in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

@HelimanZ06 How so?

No Vette is from Detroit.

I think racing on a wet track is nuts!

@gmax876 Every class win for the C6.R was with Corvette Racing (factory GM). GM ships the chassis and factory components from the assembly plant in Bowling Green, Kentucky to Pratt & Miller in New Hudson, Michigan (36 miles northwest of Detroit). So technically, you're right. The C6.Rs that racked Corvette Racing's 7 class wins in 10 years at Le Mans aren't from Detroit. But they ARE from the States! :D

@fiveo21 not once but several times! people forget that! they say, oh vette is not good on curves, vette is not good on speed, bla-bla-bla....for the past 10 years---vette is on the first places on LeMans, more then anyother team!!! fact! haters allways hate!

@hofmannsapprentice but it sure is funny seeing 100 hp ricers driving around town with wings twice the size.
-
@gmax876 it still won

@fiveo21 Mazda 787 would still be winning if it wasn't banned by Domestic fanboys..
