    Salvatore Cuffaro, detto Totò (Raffadali, 21 febbraio 1958), è un politico e medico italiano, presidente della Regione siciliana dal 17 luglio 2001 al 18 gennaio 2008.

    È stato condannato definitivamente a sette anni di reclusione per favoreggiamento aggravato a Cosa nostra e rivelazione di segreto istruttorio. Da gennaio 2011 sta scontando la pena nel carcere romano di Rebibbia.
