  • slow down a sec,.......is there a tutorial for doing this with to explain what your doing and how a wave can be used in the game engine? all I can make are flat waves.....they suck!

  • @jimsanim8orstuff This is just a screencast of me playing around... I'm not sure if it applies to the game engine in 2.52 - I've never gone into that territory. I just hit 'i' on one of the wave modifier parameters, then start adding f-curve modifiers to that keyed parameter. Go full-screen in 720p, you should be able to follow what I'm doing. I also think that the displace modifier with a nice cloudy texture moving/linked to an object works for GE too.

Its not easy to see what you are doing. Even at full screen. Perhaps other screen recording tools allow zoom. Recombination of anything, including curves is useful.
