Restructure Kobe's contract and give him a percentage of Lakers ownership shares, like they did to Magic, so that they can re-sign Trevor and Lamar. Keeping the nucleus of the current team is a must to give them a chance to "three-peat" to tie and, possibly, surpass (17) the Celtics to become the winningest NBA franchise in history. Maybe, Phil's back will even cooperate to go along for this great ride.
