This is the Director's Cut of "Noctis Irae" where we adjusted the color correction (no 6-day CMF stress) and made a few other minor improvements to image and sound. For more information, check out the website www.noctisirae.com or www.lairfilms.com. For other projects I'm working on, check out www.combier.net. Thanks and enjoy!

  • Hi Chris, Thanks for the comment... it is much appreciated! I'm stoked you like it! The music we used was purchased royalty-free (the ambiance themes in the store and chase scenes), and the Mozart track was "Lacrimosa" from his Requiem Mass. We found the particular track online from a rough 1951 performance in Italy. The hisses, scratches and popping sounds from the old microphone/record were actually favorable (and free!) for the feel it gave the opening and closing scenes.

  • Hey, this is Chris West, the director of the Multiverse trilogy. Saw your film for the first time at cmf regionals and was blown away, definitely my favorite film there. What music did you use, I absolutely love it. Again, great job!
