I'm just kinda curious... as to why, if this type of weather is probably every winter (correct me if I'm wrong), why do people still get in their cars and drive, knowing exactly what's gonna happenO__O I mean if you can physically just glance out your window, and see cars and people sliding all over the road, why would your next step be, to get in your car, and think you'd fare any better??? Just strange thinking, to me0.0

That's not a storm. Those people just doesn't seem to be used to normal winter weather. And why doesn't they put salt or sand on those streets? Icy streets can be very dangerous.
