Para los españoles, aunque estoy de acuerdo (así no se hace la tortilla española), a me pregunto si la variación puede salir bien aun así. A pesar de las diferencias esta versión por lo menos me parece más sano ya que no usa tanto aceite de oliva. Es decir nunca se puede sustituir la original, pero el intento no tiene porque ser una caca. Puede que este malisima pero lo probaría antes de decirlo. salu2
