I now know I need a gaiwan. I have been making greens in the Yixing that were not as good as the greens brewed in the basket western style. Thanks again David. My learning continues....

Ah, so giving a clay tea set to someone who's just starting out in their tea drinking would be a bad idea, sense they wouldn't get the full flavor of the new tea they are trying.
