this is one of my favourite spots, when it works well its amazing fun, no on is sitting at that right as there is a cluster of rocks at that particular level of tide, so its best to stay clear as you cant see them, and they are sitting out back as this place closes out fairly quickly if its above maybe a larger 3ft, so you have to sit out back and wait for a decent set to line up pretty much to you, again its pretty wind protected and people only tend to come here if else where is blown out

Tides in this neck of the woods advance super quick & mega huge. Highest tide this end is 3.5 m. Got caught out meself on occasion. Wot your'e prob'ly witnessing is a mob of colonials "adjusting" to local conditions.
