Absolutely love it but it should be diluted. Not advisable to take it concentrated. Goes best with carrot juice, orange juice or water in form of ice cubes.

Also, if you knew anything about juicing, you would know that the main reason not to drink pure beet juice isn't because it will stain your lips, but because pure beet juice can temporarily paralyze your vocal cords, give you hives and elevate your heart rate.
Get your facts straight if you're going to call yourself an "expert".

I belended beetroot, pumpkin, tomato and a bit of ginger with water. Kept the pulp for fibre too. Goes down well and looks awesome!
