Martha Vickers, Dorothy Malone & Lauren Bacall are a trio of VERY hot babes in this film noir classic. Hubba hubba to the max, daddy-0! Though the plot is often confusing, this is an excellent example of style over substance. The dynamite cast & scintillating dialog make up for any puzzling story lines. Such as who killed the Sternwood's chauffer. Even Raymond Chandler said he didn't know who did it. Though I've venure to say it was Joe Brody, though he denies it when talking to Marlow.
