We are living hosts for trillions of organisms on our body. Thankfully, the majority of the bacteria that live on and in us are actually helping us. Probiotics naturally line our digestive tract to help us break down, assimilate, and absorb our nutritents from food. They additionally help to fight off an overgrowth of "bad" bacteria, yeast, and fungus. By taking probiotics as supplements we can assist our digestion, energy, and immune system.

  • Thanks! I'm a big fan of Culturelle probiotics. I've seen a big improvement in my digestive health over the past year since I started taking probiotics. With Culturelle, I've also seen an improvement in my general health (my immune health seems much stronger.)
