Today I decided to cook something out of the ordinary...at least for what seemed ordinary to me,from what I usually cook. :) ! A long time ago,I ate something I think was,"Borshe" or something European...It tasted sweet and sour, had lots of beefy chunks in it,and was mixed in soup.I guess it was stew....I've been trying to copy that taste and that aroma for years, and want to try it again at the original place of its origins(the same cultural type restaurant I first ate it at.or similar type of restaurant.) But today,Rather than concocting a stew,I cooked it with different ingredients, rather than Beef,I cooked it with chicken, cabbage(which was in the original rescipe)and prawns, and no potatos. I think everyone will be satisfied with a different type of taste today...and By the way,I feel gratitude to all the many different restaurants, because restaurants are also where I get some of my best ideas for cooking.Usually I like cooking something original, but lots of ideas come from out side my home,restaurants,fast-food places, and cookbooks. I've seen again, that there are more similarities in tastes of foods....the Sweet and Sour of the Borsh..or what I think was Borsh,,and was definitely European, cause that was a European-style restaurant I ate.but rather than cooking these ingredients in stew,I decided to cook the similar taste and aroma my stir-fried today. :)
By the way,I will never volunteer for the military. The military brain-washes people to kill,so stop showing your finger signs in front of me, I do definitely prefer the MUDRAS of Buddhism!
