Thousands gather in Washington to protest Roe. v. Wade, the Supreme Court decision making abortions legal. After 37 years the momentum is still strong, though many who came out are very uninformed about the issues.

First, I never made a pro-life argument.

Second, that argument is much improved over saying "let everyone decide if it is wrong". If a fetus is a person, then it is murder. The problem with that position, as you point out, is that the mother has rights too; however, this issue isn't nearly as clear cut as EITHER side makes it out to be. I think you are going to be hard pressed to say a poor life is better than no life at all, mostly because 98% of the world experiences poor lives.
