Ronald C. Prince is vice president of process management for the Macy's Logistics and Operations. He is responsible for Six Sigma strategic direction and implementation. Prince has an extensive 31-year career in industrial engineering, quality assurance and operations with Lockheed Martin, NCR Corp. and Macy's.

In this video from the Engineering Lean & Six Sigma Conference 2013, Prince discusses successes and failures he's witnessed and learned from in his career in an interview with IIE. The video also includes a portion of his keynote presentation on Sept. 24, in which he describes lean Six Sigma as an integration between the "two camps" of lean and Six Sigma as well as other longtime methods.
