what was the outcome of your routine? i'm looking for something new, i think my core's strong enough to start dl'ing
-
wer you happy with your results from this? I'm thinking of doing a routine just like this
-
@BRETZERR Be careful though. Kids and weight don't mix. Accident will always happen say once every 10000 reps.

Real controlled and slow... Thats what builds strength and builds muscle!
oh and thanks for showing those side views.

No problem...I have had a few people ask to see a side view of my deadlifts, so that is why I did that.

how often do you do regular squats instead of box squats?
twinturboedm3 1 year ago
@twinturboedm3
I don't really do regular squats (i.e. to parallel). I mostly do box squats to a 14 inch box and sometimes I do ATG's. Box squating took my ATG squat from 405 lbs to 455 lbs last year. So, I see no real reason to do regular squats. My goal is to hit 500 lbs on the ATG within the next 6 months. We'll see how it goes...

@jiggaluv123
Yeah, you get used to them being around while you train. Otherwise, you would never be able to get your workout in. He's good though...
Thanks for the comment.
