Fresh food in Chaing Mai

June and I visit the fresh food market in Chaing Mai. See how food used to be sold in the west. No sign of health or food inspectors, but perhaps there is no need, if like Thailand, your culture embraces the totality of food from farm to table and all stages are viewed in all there glory, or should that be horror? I think if you are eating and therefore joining with the food, you should know how it come to be. Because it will be part of you.
