I recorded this driving south past the yard on Phillips Highway (US 1) between University Blvd and Butler Blvd. You can't really see much without going inside, but some things are visible. It's mainly just intermodal trailers, but there are parts where you can see the rail cars and even a locomotive. I'll add annotations to point things out.
i grew up not far from philips and baymeadows. this is my stomping grounds.

Thanks. You should also railfan the drawbridge downtown. There are a few crossings on the east side of the St. Johns River where you can look down across the bridge. It's very cool.
