@endimion17 Relax there Romeo. That post is over a year old and further, I meant to say "I am in no way a doctor".

@FrankRocko You bet! And yeah, absolutely. I would try the cleanse out one or two times and see how it goes. Global Healing Center (look them up on google) also has good advice on this cleanse. I just wouldn't go and do the cleanse 5 times back to back like I did... While you are doing the cleanse I would temporarily stop the vitamin E if it has soy or any oils in it. The idea is to limit fats/oils as much as possible so when you introduce the olive oil it shocks the GBlad. MSM is good on

@myrawadventure thank you very much for taking the time to reply. Do you think it's ok to do the cleanse once or twice before starting the B vitamins? Also i'm taking vitamin E and also glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM, is that ok?

@FrankRocko Hey Rocko! I think that by doing the repeated flushes, I somehow ended up flushing out the majority of the cholesterol in my body. Good cholesterol is vitally important to the body, it is where ALL of your feel good hormones, as well as many other important things are derived from. Look it up on wikipedia or in medical references if you get the chance. I'd look at methylation (B-vitamins) and sulfation (MSM/sulfer) if you want to get your detox pathways going. Also estrogen balan

Doctor never truly gives the recipe for the flush...

@myrawadventure Thanks for that, may i ask what the consequences were by "over-doing it?". Also i was going to by an Ozonator machine to drink oxygenated water with it and stuff. However i've read that Ozone therapy can be dangerous, leading to damaged lungs. Have you heard about that? What's your take on it?

@nickallah If you don't change your diet to prevent the stones in the first place they will build up again. But that's why you do several up front and then infrequent ones after the initial run...

@Ionny179 DONT DO IT!! Don't let them cut your gallbladder out!! EVERYone has stones in their Gallbladder, it's what it's FOR...Do a flush instead! Even if you have to wait until after the baby is born...i'd find a flush expert who has experience with pregnant women...

All I can attest to is the relief of pain experienced since I finished one of these. I am in way a doctor. Medicine requires evidence of result. This is only a testimony. I had been suffering from a gallstone attack, mostly minor, every month since September. I had a truly severe one in January. I began to consume Coptis and Curama with intent to finish off with a flush. I never did the flush and had a second attack. In response I finished with the flush and have had no problems or pain since.

@ScaryCannibalTrout1 if you are asking if the flush is supposed to hurt, if done properly and you followed a protocol no. I got my instructions from my N.D. I've done 6 flushes and I don't have a gall bladder. What ever you do DO NOT get gall bladder surgery. No matter what the doc says YOU DO need your gall bladder. I didn't know any of this till it was too late. I would do anything to get it back. Including gallbladder transplant. Biggest mistake of my life getting that surgery!
