Greetings! After an email conversation with NKR1695 I decided to finally do this video for her. You see, her son's girlfriend is getting ready to have a baby and she wants to give her a shower, a surprise shower. She advised me that she wasn't really a "crafty" person and that she was on a budget. She did tell me that she had the idea to do the marshmallow skewers so I started there. A little bit of this, a little bit of that and a trip to Michaels and away we got....

@ThingsofMay Stay tuned for the weekend: it is the kick off of national can-it-forward week. I will be doing some canning videos along with a couple of my other Youtube cohorts and I plan on doing an overview for equipment and safety and doing at least one or two different recipes to can. I didn't forget, it has been a very busy summer. I went ahead and did this one because the lady was planning the shower for the 20th and I wanted her to have enough time to prepare. Thanks! @katzcradul You don't know the half of it. I think that I could sell season passes for them. Is it bad that some of the people who work there actually recognize us when we go? I think someday I would like to move up in that area. It is beautiful and they get four seasons. We get like 3.5 seasons. No snow and it is a bit cooler up there, not by much, but a bit. They sell those marshmallow things at BGW and they also do the same with 3 strawberries on a stick. Decadant! They are not cheap

@PrincessPetunia Thank you. I got that one from JC Penney but its an old one probably 2 or 3 years. I go through black t-shirts really fast. I look my best in black or red. I love a V neck and penneys always has what I want at a good price.
