  • Hello. If there is no act of war by congress, there is no war. Therefore the Geneva Convention rules do not apply. So if you want to try these guys for anykind of immoral war type crimes... First you need to examine the fact that we arent legally at war. Same with Vietnam, they called it a police action. Does that not mean you do not have to abide by the GC rulings?

  • @LowEndBCC

I need not examine a thing. Continue to play on words.

  • How can it be ok kill mutilate and kill but not ok to piss on them?

  • @77LIGHTSABER

Point to the time mark where I said it was. If you can't, I will say Good Bye to You.

  • That was mild compared to what our soldiers did to the Viet Congs. Viet congs' ears in jars with sulphuric ether or dropping a few from helicopters in order for the others to talk. That craps happen in Vietnam. When the viet congs overran a position, they would cut the penis off and put in the american soldier mouth. On the other hand how about tide detergent and gasoline mixed together and put in a viet cong's butt to get him talk. This went on, but you never hear about it.

  • @junkyarddog47

Wow Sherlock. That's the same argument Negroes use when I call out nonsense we perpetrate on each other, "Well Whites do it too". Good God Almighty, help me endure another day Lord. Damn It, that still doesn't make it right!

  • I'm an active duty US soldier, with a little over 16 yrs under my belt. What these Marines did IS NOT the norm. It's a disgrace. There have been to many dishonorable acts by service members giving me, my guys, & every other honorable member of the US Armed Forces a bad name. And those in uniform, giving us a bad name, should be (& most times will be) dealt with.

  • @LowEndBCC So, if I steal from you but I call it reallocation of funds would it not be stealing anymore because it wouldn't legally be stealing?

  • Par for the course. America teaches people to kill. Killing is the ultimate lack of respect for life. If they're supposed to kill'em why can't they piss on'em? You're right though, they were stupid enough to get caught doing something socially unacceptable.

  • To be honest though the Geneva convention is a joke you cannot add humanity to the most inhumane thing people can do war.

  • @krazyknva78 Thank you for your honorable service.

  • @ThePCo

There is no color in the military. We're all brothers and sisters in arms and we fight for each other. Your comments are pretty racist

  • @tmotofga Like what though? If you don't mind me asking, why did you go to prison? Was it for illegal substances, cause you mentioned in one of your older videos about your younger days and how you didn't want to go back to selling drugs... I think the War on Drugs is more like a war on society, as it has cause more destruction to peoples lives then any "war" in history.Especially to inner city young black men that are harassed daily by police.& now its even happening in white suburbia. DISGRACE

  • This is Military Arogance and the soldiers who did it got caught these guys aren't just pissing on corpses they are pissing on the whole country, imagine what is not caught on the camera, rape, murder of animals and children, torcher, all in fun and games. I'm so glad that I don't ever see black soldiers partisipating in the kind of activity. Black soldiers should refuse to partisipate in any war that is not declared by congress. What consequence could it be for refusing. Its not a real war

  • I am a soldier with 3 deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan, combat arms not some desk jockey. Pissing on people is not in accordance with military values. For certain not in accordance with the Army values.

    2. Duty

    3. Respect!
