why would getting a christmas tree make you a bad person? im sure for the time when there actually alive the christmas trees of the world turn a lot of CO2 into oxygen.

We don't take in christmas trees before the 23rd in Norway.

They were nearly sold out on the 13., they start selling them here on the 16. That's weird!

@eleanorerigby But when the trees are cut down they release the carbon dioxide they absorbed back into the air. Plus, they have to be watered while the are growing, and most tree farms use pesticides/herbicides and fertilizer.
Not critizing people who buy christmas trees here, (we get one every year) but there are bad sides to the equation. :(
