A cyber attack against the US will now be seen as an Act of War! The Pentagon has determined that a computer attack from another country could be met with a full US military response. But how would the US know for certain who was behind a cyber attack?

nuclear reactors are operated manually and don't use computers, contrary to the idiotic scenarios they seem to have in stupid movies and media. you can't hack a nuclear plant, and the reactor has enough fail safes that unless your a trained operator, you won't be able to trigger a melt down. they could hack information off the other computers though, but I'm not sure how that would help anyone unless you wanted to share the technology know-how with others that likely can't afford it.
