Impossible, there will always be assholes. Im not saying being racist is good, but theres to much emphasis put on the word nigger these days, its done, its the past, and now theres a black president, but its fine for black guys to call themselves it, yet their dissing themseleves by doing it, it doesn't make sense and i cant see why people deem the word so wrong, but people think that when you use the word nigger it means you hate them and are saying they are slaves, which i don't think is true.
