Come see an excellent beach that's close to Orlando. This short video details New Smyrna's 27th St Beach. A great family beach with high quality facilities. For more go to:

  • hey i am thinking about going here in a few weeks wanted to know if they allow dogs on the beach all year round?? and does it cost anything to drive car on beach it is so pretty and sorry for asking so many questions but what address should i put in yahoo maps to get direction to here??? thanks

  • @tlwluvzkbl03 - I don't believe dogs are allowed in New Smyrna, at least not where accommodations are located. I believe there is a dog beach just north of Ponce Inlet, but the name escapes me now. Yes, it does cost to drive on to the beach, but it is only $5 for the day . As far as an address This beach is called 27th Avenue Park. It's address is Atlantic Ave & 27th Ave - literally. Here is the address to the Visitor's Center - 2238 State Rd 44 New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168

  • I live there and there is a certain part you can walk on it, and it is 5$ per day

  • Haha. I live here.

  • i live in edgewater and its three min from new smyrna beach

  • Steve,

Great commentary and lots of helpful information about New Smyrna Beach. The only complaint I have is that you moved the camera around a lot and too fast, which causes visual headaches and motion sickness in a lot of people, myself included. So next time maybe steady the camera and pan a LOT slower so that it will be more enjoyable. Thanks for sharing this though. : )

  • Yeah, it's a great beach spot. I've lived in New Smyrna my entire life in the same house lol. I was one of the last kid's born at Bert Fish Medical Hospital.

  • I love new Smyrna beach me and my family go here everry single year and were going back in 2. Weeks!!

  • You are right. I took this at the 27th St beach access. I really enjoy it there.

  • @sexxy12321- that's not flagler avenue haha, that's 27th beach access across the street from 711 near bethun, i've lived in nsb my whole life.
