@4mcarpenter @4mcarpenter Hi! Nowdays, nothing stays the same for too long. Back in January & February 2010 we had indeed a Sellers . As of May 2010 it remains a sellers market, BUT, things have once again changed. We have seen a flood of listings and buyers do have more options. However, sellers are still on the drivers seat.
