In CA for the last decade children in order to attend daily school in the poorest neighborhoods must enter metal detectors and search prior to entrance of school property. Look into richmond, CA. In california children are taken at birth for blood tests and DNA along with printing of fingers and feet. This information is then stored at Sacramento, CA. Parents may by written request have these transcripts taken out of database. I do not believe however the info is really ever taken out.
