Bob Ralston at the Mighty Wurlitzer theatre pipe organ and Thomas Alexander at the Steinway grand piano perform at the Denver Paramount. More info and photos at: www.RMCATOS.org
Jerry Garcia did things right by putting line outs for the crowd to record direct. We live in a society where people care more about phone features than how well it records audio. And how simple it would be to put a condenser mic on all cell phones. That way, at least the recordings would rival that of a television studio. Okay, so maybe it wasn't a cell phone, but a digital camera ( couldn't be a vhs..?) At any rate, I play the organ and was looking for Bob Ralston.
Great! Sound? Horrible!
