Let's check the facts of armoured losses of Zitadelle. First study of David Glantz using both german and soviet numbers:

Germany: lost 323 APV's

Soviet: lost 1 614 APV's

Kill rate is 1:5 for German advantage

Frieser's study:

Germany: lost 323 APV's

Soviet : lost 1 956 APV's

Kill rate is 1:6 for German advantage

If we think about armoured production of 1943 we'll find that rate was about 1:1,6 for Soviet. So even relatively losses were three times bigger for Soviet than Germany.
