Seeing these first 12 inspired me to finally pick up this game and play it. I had a lot to learn. In my first playthough though I just cheesed tarot cards like crazy. My lord was around level 24 when I won. I of course failed to get most optional characters or the best items :(.  Ironically playing this way (running past mobs for the leader and spamming tarot) is very, very good for rep if you go back and liberate post battle with your now 100 ALI/CHA OL, so I got an OK ending :/.
