But otherwise I agree with most of your points. Europe should look at the USA regarding its personal freedom and opportunity. There too many people in Europe (socialists) who have the mentaility that they are entitled to live in comfort and even luxury, on the expense of those who really create, work hard, and take risk and take efforts to achieve a good standard of living. In Europe, too many lazy, stupid, and dumb people live on the costs of the strong, intelligent and motivated.

And always saying that the USA is supposed to be the leader in innovation is mere BS. Europe has a much higher rate of innovation (in terms of inventions per capita or R&D spending as a rate of GDP), if you don't count in the shitty (East) European countries. There are many sectors where Europe is leading, to start with innovations in the automotive industry. Do you really want me to compare American under-engineered rubbish that you call cars to European symphony of motoring perfection???

Hey, Glenn ... I am on your page in most of your views, but earls and dukes in Europe??? What are you talking about??? This was Europe in the 18th century. Europe might have a higher proportion of government spendings in public and private, but the system called in most (advanced) European countries like Germany, UK, France is called FREE MARKET ECONOMY. Otherwise countries like Germany couldn't have become leading economies in the world.
