  • @yewutube

sorry but golfers still need training , just look at tiger , the guy can probably bench over 300lbs

  • @yewutube oh my fucking god i feel so bad you classified my with other types of sporters, wow i might as well just go and leave you guys to fucking jerk off in front of your webcams to other people. LOL

  • @Estileese

"there are good athletes that dont need training"

Yeah, bowlers, golfers, and cricketers. Oh, and you.

  • @yewutube you fag there are good athletes that dont need training you dicksucking cunt

  • @AmericanYokel Yeah but then that would hurt your form so its not neccecarily a good idea

  • @Estileese

"just go out there and take a ****** slapshot, thats how you get better at them"

That might have worked 30 years ago. These days no serious athlete can afford to forgo gym training, unless they like getting their butt kicked in competition.

  • @Estileese you sir, are getting a thumbs up

  • @Estileese

This is not about getting better. This is resistance training. And it DOES work to increase the power in your slap shot.

  • @AmericanYokel

Yea you can also slip dumbell weights onto a stick. Using a weighted puck as well helps a lot.
