The definition of Backside/Frontside whilst doing a trick on a rail. It does not matter which way you are facing while travelling on the rail/ledge, it is where the rail is before you even ollie. If you are facing the rail/ledge before you ollie = frontside, and vice versa. eg. you do a boardslide, and the rail is behind you before you ollie, it is therefore backside.

LOL, ok, the definition of backside/frontside whilst travelling throught the air. If you do your spin, and you pause at 90 degrees, the way you are facing determines backside or frontside, eg. you do a 180, and pause at 90 degrees and your back is facing the way you are travelling it is backside, and vice versa. It doesn't matter if you are nollie, switch, normal or fakie.
