  • If I lay flat on the ground facing up, and put my legs out straight and do a scissor type routine would that work on my lower abs?

  • Yes the scissor exercise works your lower abs too.

  • plus, I'm finding it more grinding on my legs than my abs... if you know what I'm doing wrong please let me know. thank you!

  • This is common because it is a core exercise and core exercises work the areas above the knees (your quads) too. These are tough exercises and if you aren't in great shape they can be very very difficult. Just keep doing them and you will find them to be easier.

  • what if you back is curvy what do you do in this situation like me? If i lay down the middle of my back wont touch the ground, i heard you may have disk if you do this exercise with curvy back does any one have any information
