That sissy Friedman was more into girly Pop lol, Poland is the best for me, he played the best songs. Plus Mustaine still asks him to join Megadeth, so...that means something.

And yes i think that Megadeth when Gar Samuelson and Chris Poland left they lost the true meaning of what they were.

polands solo unfortunatly is too short. and i admit that marty friedman is great guitar player but i think Megadeth moved away from thrash when he came to the band

@ak031995 I kinda agree, but I don't think that Marty had anything to do with that change. Afterall, Mustaine wrote those not-so-thrash songs.

@420Teixeira dude not cool what your saying about friedman he contributed alot to megadeth even though there have been many lineup changes but he did produce some sick ass solos hello tornado of souls lol, i would agree with you though chris poland is the best of the lead guitarists from megadeth he is just so fuckin badass, but if you love a band you should love that band for all it is and not turn your back on em if they change lineup or change there style, always respect them, just saying.

@420Teixeira Nope, not anymore, Dave don't asks Poland to join Megadeth anymore, he said that he is happy with Chris Broderick and the band was never this happy.

but it is true that after marty joining, megadeth is less trash. rust in peace doesn't count, because rust in peace's demo is with chris poland, that means all the songs are done before marty joining, he just contributing the solos. while countdown-youthanasia-cryptic-­risk are not that thrash, but more like heavy metal.
