ill never understand why evry leg press vid seems to have em overloading it for the camera s and doing really partial reps ..leg press seem s big ego excercise..and before i get shit i know they re pro s etc and better than me but .......

that leg press can hold alot of weight, my gyms one only has top one, holds bout 400kg.

They fucking sucks man, y stack so much weights on if they cant handdle them...

ROM aside (everyone has thier own opinions on this & I believe just beyond 90 degrees is sufficient & minimises shearing forces on the joint), take into account that me & Paul are both prepping for shows so mass is not the aim on this particular session.
John & Paul have incredible legs (mine aint too shabby either) so who are we to judge anyway? Please come to my gym once I am done competing Kakacracker & we'll have a PROPER front squat session...



By the time you get to 46 I think your ROM will be shorter too! That's if you are still training then....oh yeah and are an IFBB Pro! Good Luck!

Why use a barbell between the legs on the split squats rather than either dumbbells or a barbell on the back?
