02/11/2011: Me (61kg) sparring Omer Khwaja (83kg). I been training Omer mainly fitness, we have been sparring too. He recently told me he wants to join boxing so I decided to spar slightly heavier than before so I can really get his mental toughness up, let him see what boxing is about and prepare him. He's a tough boy, no giving up in him.
I have a mouth guard on by the way, that's why I'm not clear in the video.
@codeman95291 easy but not TOO easy either at that time. He's much better now because we spar all the time so I'm trying to spar him differently now. Yes in that video I was trying to counter, I do it a lot but not all the time, depends on the mood, sometimes I stay on the opponent non-stop and keep on throwing lol

By the way this is for everyone, I'm not trying to take advantage here, a boxer needs this type of sparring once in a while to make them mentally stronger..I myself have been through hell plenty of times when I first started but it was all worth it. So this is the reason why I'm pushing him physically and mentally...if you want a lovey dovey sport stick to football (soccer)..

@welly1983wg At the time when I was sparring him it felt like I was going easy but when I watched the video after I realised it was bit rough :| We're just going to work on technique from now.
