  • Hi Markus, great to see the HIT flag flying. I noticed @ 1.22 the comment "1:08", is that time under load (TUL)? are you training to TUL rather than performance reps?

  • @chirotrel Yes..I use TUT as my measure for my workouts from time to time.

    Since biceps is considered a small muscle, how much sets and reps I should use for it whether I train it once in a week (using HIT)?
