@ryan190485 Nice break. I'm sure you'll soon show that century who's boss.

@plasticman77 cool man nearly got me century about 2 weeks ago got to admit i did have a few lucky shots myself, got a 97 then missed the pink, pure nerves tho, had to play it slow and the tables in our club arnt the levelest ive ever played on so maybe it rolled off but im pretty happy with me 97 although ive only had a 63 since but am sure i'll get it with a bit more practice haha

Thanks Ryan. I lucked out about 7 months ago and made a 65. It's my highest break and that was without increasing the amount I practise. I still only get to play a few hours per week, but this video along with a book by Eddie Charlton and a dvd by Jack Karnehm gave me enough insight to change my technique and how I position the cue ball. Willie shows how to position the ball, Eddie talked about the use of your eyes when aiming and Jack covered stance, cue grip and using the rest.

I remember watching this on the BBC many years ago when they first showed it. I was thinking "brilliant Willie, well done!" only for the studio guests to laugh and proceed to show Willie missing around half the balls and hastily rearranging them for another go. Cleverly edited of course!

Absolutely text book. It's good to see a tutorial snooker video from a pro. I'm just starting to take my snooker more seriously and would love to make a 50+. With such insight I may now hopefully achieve that goal. Thanks Willie.

Thorne was snookered on that last red no doubt, good editing but was still a good demonstration, very informative
