so you do three sets of five reps on every exercise?

@thrashmetal1029 Correct - you go through and do each exercise x 5. Rest between sites and repeat 2 more times.

that is crazyness.....cant wait to get in the gym and start working....rehabin ankle surgery sucks.......this stuff looks so awesome...
