@leebusandlibus She wasn't known as Britain's answer to Janis Joplin for nothing. I always thought Maggie was better vocalist than Janis who sang a bit OTT at times, whereas Maggie was always more controlled.

First band I ever saw live (in Liverpool). Great seeing some footage of them again. Maggie Bell was such a great singer and I remember Jimmy's fine guitar playing that night.

Who in the Hell is this woman that has the gaul to belt out the blues and sound SOOOOO much like Janis Joplin and I thought I would NEVER make that comparision
