good luck girl! i need to get my ass on a diet too, i wanna lose like 15-20lbs. i gave up fast food and pop and i lost like 8lbs last month and i don't even work out at all. all i use is my shake weight, and that thing tires me the heck out!

@shari04 yeah i need to give up soda, ive cut back, its a proccess, baby steps lol, and gurl i hate that shake weight thing lol, i thought it had batteries and shook by itself lol.

I feel u diva this is a hard journey but u can do it, I am a type 2 diabetic and eating right and excercising is key for my health...I had to start eating breakfast cuz im not a breakfast person so I had to get myself on a meal plan...I started off taking Medformin pills now Im pill free just by watching what I eat and excercising...If u need any help or motivation I got yo back diva im here =)

rooting for you girl...you can do it..once you keep doing it..working out..eating right...it just comes normal to do..i have lost 20 lbs..and im maintaining it...just keep working out and change ur eating habits...

I know things might start out hard but as long as you go from start to finish is the REWARD! I went from 350 to 195 with in 3 years and I was borderline myself, but doing for own with much faith got me through where to my life is so better where to I have kids now! Please stay with it til the end so you know you'll be living longer without the weigh being healthy and much more! You have my faith in you that you can do it!

@MelissaLuvsMakeup82 ok, i take insulin and 2 diabetic pills, i take lisinopril also. and yeah i have having to go thru all this, no1 know but us, its hard but yea we gotta do what we gotta do.

@reddiamond270 oh ok I do not take insulin my doctor has me on pills 4 different pills I take Metformin 750mg Glipizide 10mg of that. (I take both those pills in the morning with food. and at night i take Lisinopril 10mg and Onglyza 5mg so yeah it sucks being on medicine but I guess you gotta do what you gotta do right? I am have to check my blood sugars daily.

@MelissaLuvsMakeup82 hey gurl, yes im unsilin dependent also and it is hard, i was taking lyrica for diabetic nuaropathy. and it is 1 of the side effects but it made me gain alot. and i took em for almost a yr b4 we realized thats what made me gain.

good luck on your Journey hun :) I am also a Diabetic and I also need to lose weight :/ I am type 2 Diabetic. what medicine was in that made you gain weight? I wanna make sure I do not take the same kind I hope not :( cause i do not need anymore weight I have enough...
