Where I worked, one of the skidders rolled on nearly flat ground while he was driving straight because there was a drop in the terrain that was hidden by snow, so it looked like it was flat. He drove on it, sunk in and tipped over.
Moral of the story:
It doesn't matter how many years of experience you have, sometimes shit happens.

Somthing was wrong with either swing cylinder or the valve. It would just let loose for some reason and this was a bad time for it to do it's thing
