let it be known that debt doesn't matter, and furthermore, that deficit spending, when done properly (note that the 2009 stimulus was significantly watered down due to republican obstructionism) is an effective way to revive an economy in recession or depression. tea-partiers need to learn the facts. reagan's tax cuts are the true enemy of debt and deficit reduction. also, reagan and cheney have both stated that debt doesn't matter. fact.
