thats kool. i trained kickboxing with a family when i was young that was good. last names is Fry. the daughter was 7th in world pro. ranked. and the son was 2x world heavyweight amateur champ. needless to say i learned how to take it on the chin...

wow.. that is dope man. I figure once I get my cardio up, i'mma sign up for a boxing bootcamp. There are alot of fight gyms here in the bay area.

I dont plan of ever fighting.. but its always good to know how to handle yourself.
