  • LOL reminds me of watching my 8 yr old brother fight hahahaha

  • It's a great workout he's doing. Don't know what everyone's on about with 'oooh ure chins up so ure a free target to me', does it look like the bloody bag can hit back?

He's obviously aware there's a big red bag that can swing back if he stops punching but for some retards let me point out that its not LIVING! By the looks of the gas canisters in the back i doubt this place is a proper boxers gym so stop hating lamefags and just watch the speed.

  • @kgunby yeah but in mma fights they stop fights when they shouldn't be stopped a lot. in a boxing match that will never happen ever. and your not defenseless, all you have to do is throw punches back. and another thing hitting a heavy bag and hitting a real person is much more different.

  • @sk8forlife90 The average person that is cornered, if surprised by punches in succession that fast, is not even going to be able to concentrate enough to fight back. Don't believe me? Watch a few MMA fights. A lot of times the referee has to stop the fight because one fighter is overwhelming the other by throwing a fast barrage of punches. The other fighter doesn't have time to think of how to defend himself. If a fighter is like that, an average person is going to be even more defenseless.

  • @kgunby you still couldn't do that, that's not realistic. you can't do that to a real moving target who's fighting back.

  • @sk8forlife90 They don't do it because if they did, they'd lose a lot of energy. I was talking more like in a real fight.

  • @kgunby do you see boxers doing that in a fight? no, because it can't happen like that!

  • @sk8forlife90 Try saying that when you suddenly start getting punched in the face that fast.

  • @sk8forlife90 if you pace yourself while doing this, it can aid reaction time and rate of punches. it also conditions you to punch. you can also do this in boxing form but the principle is generally the same. floyd mayweather does similar drills like this without ever really hitting the bag with power.

  • @brandeezy108 yeah.

  • @sk8forlife90 what won't? this drill?

  • @brandeezy108 isn't really gonna help you much in a fight though.
