Y'all mad, it's a fantastically effective way of showing the fed up feeling that the song trys to convey. She's an amazing songwrite, if you've got a problem, why don't you march up to her and tell her yourself instead of venting your anger on a video she won't read the comments of?

@dannyyspencerr If you haven't already figured this out, this is kind of an angry, sad Christmas album. Notice how it's based on the sad song "Blue Christmas"? She's just expressing her emotions in her music like all good artists do.
