@trollbl Shooto is considered by many to be a "jack of all trades" style of grappling with some strikes. Before there was MMA, there was Shooto. It's a mix of Muay Thai, karate, Boxing, Judo, Jujutsu, Catch Wrestling primiarly. Some use it as an independant style, others use it to enhance their traditional martial arts style (like karate, or kung fu). It's got it all almost. Some guys add BJJ into the ground game. Its a style that fits to you through it's diversity.

Ah, shooto. The good ol' days. You can hardly find ANYONE that does this anymore. Wish I could find a blasted manual or school where this stuff is taught.
