Hey one more question guys, have you guys seen the Walmart creatine from Bodyfortress? Is that one good? it has 33g of sugar with it and I'm planning to take it with my protein shake. Thanks!

@QuinnsTheBest milk takes too long to digest after your workout because of the fats. mix your creatine with water or a fruit drink for rapid digestion

t helps transport nutrients and creatine..etc. into your muscle and cells, i have a diabetic friend whose doctor actually told him that it would be very benificial to muscle gains to take an extra insulin shot after his workout -
@Es1frankesteinKswap theres no harm in it but you need a insulin spike...if your creatine has sugars in it then your fine you'll get an insulin spike...but if not you may wanna mix it with fruit juices or eat a bannana ....i used to take mine with sugar water but im dieting away from sugar now

it doesnt matter when or what you take it with... you just want to keep the levels up in your system. Also if you want to spike your insulin (which idk why you would ever want to do that) drinking grape juice AFTER you work out will not do that. after a workout your muscles are looking for sugar because they were drained of glycogen while lifting. Also, if you did want to spike your insuling (again not what you should be trying to do) taking it with soda would be a fantastic idea.
How is taking creatine with water wasting it? Creatine is supposed to increase the supply of water to your muscles......

Everybody, take creatine with whatever you want, i just take mine with water... People say that taking creatine with orange juice is "to acidic and ruins the creatine before you can even get it in you". HELLO! Our stomach acid is more than 20x acidic than orange juice! Besides, apple juice is high in fructose which is completely useless too the body.
