The where: Our Public Health Service client was losing their leaders to the private sector and those that remained lacked focus in driving performance, engaging staff and bottom line results.
The how: We worked with key stakeholders to build a new leadership team and ensured that the competencies developed in 'Drive for Results' 'Leading Change' and 'Interpersonal Skills' were translated into results.
Together, what we've achieved: Leaders that are performance focussed and accountable, significant increases in staff motivation and teamwork - leading to reductions in pharmaceutical waste, infection rates in wards, and staff workloads.
